Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn was born in America. Her most well-known character is Skyler White in her role on the AMC drama Breaking Bad, for which she received the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 and in 2014 for Outstanding Supporting actress in the Drama Series. Her other roles comprise Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock from Deadwood. Anna Gunn, born 1968 in Sante Fe New Mexico fell attracted to acting during Preparatory before her Family moved to Ohio. She studied theatre at Northwestern University and spent a year in the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her professional career with Chicago-area theaters for a short time. After that, she switched to film and television. In 1992, Anna got her first major character in the role of Arden in the series of 29 episodes Down the Shore. Anna continued to be in film and television shows like Seinfeld, NYPD Blue and others until late the 1990's. Anna was later cast in The Practice as Jean Ward. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood during two complete seasons. In 2008, she was cast in the role of Skyler in Breaking Bad. Sully was one of her roles. Gunn is also a part of the stages in David Schwimmer's show Sex With Strangers. In 2022, Gunn starred in a four-part podcast of audio plays called"Numbered Days. Breaking Bad is often centered around the love story that Walter White with his wife Skyler. Their relationship is strained and final break-up echoes the end of Walter White's story.
